Returns and Refunds Policy

All of our products are examined prior to being sent out. If it’s instance a damaged product, please email photography of the damages to: info@proandhop.com and we will review.

All other sales are final, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.If the parcel is yet to be packed and sent then can refund (exclPayPal & shopify fees). PLEASE ensure you enter your address correctly as it will be printed on the shipping labels. EXACTLY as you enter your details. It’s not our policy to re-send your order if you enter your details wrong. We will endeavour to assist you as best we can, however we aren’t magicians or wizards with the powers to magically make your package teleport from the wrong address to the right address. If you did make a mistake and it has not left our courier we may be able to fix the address, however if it is sent off to the wrong address it’s unfortunately out of our hands.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
